Position: Operations Executive Sports, Yoga & Wellness
Location: Bannerghatta Rd, near AMC Engineering College, Bengaluru

About The Role
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day activities related to sports, yoga, and wellness programs within the campus. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of wellness initiatives, maintaining facilities, and enhancing participant engagement through organized programs and events.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of sports, yoga, and wellness activities.
- Ensure proper scheduling and execution of sessions, workshops, and events.
- Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and external wellness professionals.
- Maintain operational records, attendance, and activity reports.
Program Coordination
- Plan and organize fitness programs, yoga sessions, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in developing new wellness activities aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure timely communication with participants regarding schedules and updates.
Facility & Resource Management
- Monitor maintenance and cleanliness of sports and wellness facilities.
- Ensure availability and proper usage of equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with maintenance and admin teams for operational support.
Participant Engagement
- Encourage student and staff participation in wellness activities.
- Address participant queries and ensure a positive experience.
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to programs.
Event Execution
- Support organization of wellness camps, sports events, retreats, and special programs.
- Assist in promotional activities for campus wellness initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education / Sports Management / Yoga / Wellness / Management or related field.
- Certification in Yoga, Fitness, or Wellness (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in operations, sports coordination, or wellness program management.
