Operations Executive

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operational role, preferably in a similar industry( E-Commerce)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing operational strategies.
• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure they align with the companys objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of various processes and workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
• Develop and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Monitor the impact of implemented changes and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, cancellations, or returns.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock records.
• Work with shipping carriers and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and costs.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain relationships by supporting suppliers and vendors.
