About the Role:

This is a high-ownership, fast growth, build-from-the-ground-up role. Initially, the Store Operations Executive will own day-to-day store operations, working closely on the shop floor to deeply understand customers, processes, hygiene standards, and retail execution. As CHIGO scales across Silchar, the role will evolve into a senior operations position, with responsibility for outlet expansion, team hiring and training, supply chain coordination, and end-to-end management of multiple retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Own and elevate customer experience and in-store execution

•⁠ ⁠Drive accurate billing, cash/digital payment discipline, and daily controls

•⁠ ⁠Maintain daily sales, compliance, and operational records

•⁠ ⁠Ensure stock visibility, freshness, and shrinkage control

•⁠ ⁠Lead and supervise butchers and store staff with discipline and respect

•⁠ ⁠Enforce hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance at all times

•⁠ ⁠Execute outlet expansion: site evaluation, negotiations, documentation, and vendor coordination

•⁠ ⁠Hire, train, and develop store teams for new outlets and replacements

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate end-to-end supply flow from slaughterhouse to retail outlets

Qualifications / Must-Have Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Under Graduate (any stream); MBA / BBA / Commerce background is a plus

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication & people-handling skills

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with cash, billing, and basic numbers

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn retail operations and grow with the company

•⁠ ⁠Languages - Bengali, Hindi, English (Basic)

Compensation & Growth:

•⁠ ⁠Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month
