Title: Operations Executive

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune

Salary: ₹25,000 per month plus performance based bonus

Our collaborative platform unites government bodies, businesses, and individuals to enhance road safety and infrastructure management. We empower stakeholders with mobile apps, web tools, interactive dashboards, and detailed audit reports for proactive road monitoring and maintenance.

Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and smart individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will present our solutions to government officials, follow government processes, and manage meetings, support tasks, and field operations deployment. This role requires extensive travel across India to meet government officials and manage operations effectively.

Key Roles and responsibility:

1. Handle the entire government tender process — from identifying opportunities to preparing documentation, submission, and follow-ups.

2. Conduct on-field surveys, data collection, and site visits to gather accurate road and infrastructure information.

3. Liaise and coordinate with government officials, contractors, and stakeholders for project discussions and updates. 4. Support in proposal drafting, documentation, and report preparation as per tender requirements.

5. Ensure timely submission of tenders and adherence to compliance norms.

6. Generate new business leads through on-field networking and partnerships.

7. Prepare and present reports on field findings, project progress, and market insights.

8. Achieve monthly performance targets to qualify for variable pay.

Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. 0–2 years of experience in tendering, government sales, or on-field operations. (Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are welcome.)

3. Good understanding of government tender processes, GEM/CPPP portals, and legal documentation.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

5. Strong problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail in documentation and field reporting.

6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.

7. Must be comfortable with extensive field travel for surveys and official meetings.
