Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai (Malad West) for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will manage and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of events and conferences. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, overseeing logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of event delivery. The role requires actively addressing challenges, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and ensuring seamless event experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
• Knowledge and basic experience in excel and word
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in event management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field
