Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive, located in Chengalpattu. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring efficiency in operations, and streamlining processes. Responsibilities also include solving operational challenges, coordinating with team members and clients, and contributing to effective operations management. The individual will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and aligning organizational goals with client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to collaborate with teams and clients
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure workflow optimization and efficiency
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or background in the service/travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
