Description

PENNEP is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day business operations of our Client. The candidate will assist in student coordination, operational processes, documentation, scheduling, and internal team collaboration. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in operations within a fast-growing EdTech startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Assist in student onboarding, registrations, and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with academic, admissions, marketing, and support teams for operational requirements.
  • Maintain and update operational data, trackers, reports, and records accurately.
  • Schedule online/offline classes, meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Handle basic communication with students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Follow up with students regarding attendance, assignments, payments, and pending documents.
  • Update learner information in CRM, LMS, Excel sheets, and internal systems.
  • Assist in managing certificates, internship records, and student-related documentation.
  • Identify operational issues and report them to the concerned team for resolution.
  • Support execution of workshops, events, and student engagement activities.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed within timelines while maintaining professionalism.
  • Work closely with team members in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

  • Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Onsite
  • 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Remote
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

NOTE: Apply only who are comfortable with hybrid model.

Nice to Have

  • Internship or academic project experience will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.
