We are seeking a Client-focused and enthusiastic Operations Executive to manage Client interactions and provide timely support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Client queries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Regular client communication through telephone and emails
• Understand the clients, their requirements and develop a close business relationship
• Act as SPOC for clients
• Organizing, scheduling and liaising with our QA teams to deliver the top-notch service to clients
• Timely responses and resolutions of client queries and requests to agreed SLAs
• Generating revenue and working to KPIs
• To work closely within the team and outside the team to complete the client tasks, quires
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Requirements:
•1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, or International Process
•Experience handling Voice and Chat support processes.
•Ability to work in US Shift/Night Shift
•·Having experience in handling UK/US/FE-based clients with a minimum of 2years of work experience
•·Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
