Job Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled and field-oriented candidate to support our solar project operations in Punjab. The candidate will assist in project execution, site coordination, inspections, and utility-related work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Last Mile Delivery
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely completion of solar installations.
- Verify materials and ensure site readiness.
2. Installation Audit
- Conduct ongoing installation audits to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and site reports.
3. Post-Installation Audit
- Inspect completed installations to confirm proper commissioning.
- Ensure all safety, electrical, and structural standards are met.
4. Service & Field Visits
- Attend customer service calls and perform troubleshooting if required.
- Conduct routine field visits to operational sites.
5. PSPCL Coordination
- Assist with PSPCL related visits and documentation for net metering and approvals.
- Coordinate with local electricity authorities when required.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and electrical installations
- Ability to travel to project sites
- Basic reporting and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in solar installation or electrical field work
- Familiarity with net metering and utility coordination
- Ability to manage multiple sites and field teams
Experience
- 03 years experience in solar, electrical, or field operations (Freshers with technical background can also apply)
