Key Responsibilities

● Order processing and fulfilment for B2B orders across the country.

● Ensuring key metrics such as dispatch adherence are in check

● Liaising with multiple teams, such as Warehouse Operations, Sales, and Logistics, for smooth operations

● Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives.

What we look for:

● Ecommerce or Retail operations experience

● Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to meet deadlines

● Proficient in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree

● 1-2 years experience in handling logistics / Warehouse operations.
