Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day transportation operations, ensure service efficiency, and maintain high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with drivers, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily rides.

Key Responsibilities -

* Manage daily operations of student pick-up and drop services.

* Coordinate with drivers and ensure adherence to routes, schedules, and safety protocols.

* Monitor live trips and handle real-time issues or escalations.

* Act as a point of contact for parents regarding operational queries and concerns.

* Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of drivers and vehicles.

* Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and performance metrics.

* Collaborate with customer support and tech teams to resolve issues efficiently.

* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure service standards are met.

* Assist in optimizing routes and improving operational efficiency.

* Handle emergency situations with prompt decision-making and escalation.

Key Requirements -

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or service management (preferred).

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational tools.

* Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
