About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Operations (Ladakh) to manage end-to-end operations, reservations, and on-ground coordination for Ladakh travel packages. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Ladakh as a destination, excellent vendor coordination skills, and the ability to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations, bookings, and itinerary confirmations for Ladakh travel packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, local partners, activity providers, and other suppliers to ensure smooth trip execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service partners in Ladakh.
- Negotiate competitive rates and ensure timely confirmations with vendors.
- Handle booking files and operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Monitor travel arrangements and operational deliverables to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure smooth trip execution.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Travel Operations, Reservations, or Vendor Management.
- Good knowledge of Ladakh as a travel destination, including hotels, routes, permits, local transport, and activities.
- Experience in coordinating with hotels, local vendors, and transport partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
