About the Role

We're looking for an energetic Operations Intern to support our travel operations and customer service team. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a large-scale travel company manages bookings, vendor coordination, and traveler experience — from inquiry to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team in managing bookings, confirmations, and itineraries for domestic & international trips.
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Support pre-departure documentation — including vouchers, visa coordination, and travel checklists.
• Handle traveler updates and queries, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
• Maintain records and reports for daily operations and client bookings.
• Contribute to improving process efficiency and internal coordination.

Who You Are

• A travel enthusiast with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Eager to learn the end-to-end process of travel operations.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools.
• Recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
