Key Responsibilities
Get the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and founders, gaining high-level learning and hands-on experience in daily business operations and decision-making.
- Manage backend operations including order processing, production coordination, and dispatch tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product sourcing, pricing, and timely delivery.
- Handle purchase orders, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
- Track inventory, stock levels, and incoming materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for order approvals and execution.
- Manage packaging, courier dispatch, and logistics coordination for client deliveries.
- Maintain records, Excel trackers, invoices, and vendor communication for operational reporting.
