Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Lohardaga, Jharkhand. The Operations Executive will oversee and manage day-to-day operations within the organization's initiatives and projects. Responsibilities include planning and executing operational activities, coordinating with stakeholders such as local communities and government bodies, monitoring progress, ensuring effective implementation of programs, and producing reports to evaluate project impact. Building relationships and ensuring smooth functioning of the projects will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to work effectively with communities, government bodies, and team members
• Expertise in Operations and Operations Management to efficiently plan, execute, and oversee programs
• Analytical Skills to assess project outcomes, identify challenges, and create solutions
• Proven ability to manage teams, facilitate collaborations, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or related fields
• Proactive approach with the ability to adapt to community-based environments
• Familiarity with local languages of Jharkhand will be advantageous
