Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain and update inventory sheets daily.
- Track stock movement across the warehouse, dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
- Identify stock mismatches and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain SKU-wise stock accuracy.
- Create inventory reports and stock summaries.
- Help improve inventory tracking systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Order Processing & Dispatch:
- Process daily Shopify orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners.
- Ensure timely dispatch and order accuracy.
- Handle failed deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor operational bottlenecks and delays.
- Excel & Reporting:
- Build and maintain operational trackers.
- Create dashboards for inventory and dispatch performance.
- Use formulas and logic to automate repetitive tasks.
- Analyze operational data and suggest process improvements.
- Process Improvement:
- Improve operational efficiency through better systems.
- Create SOPs for repetitive workflows.
- Reduce manual errors and improve overall accuracy.
