Job Description:
Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure seamless functioning across our healthcare service lines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in healthcare operations and a strong understanding of patient coordination, service management, and center workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and follow-up processes.
- Address customer queries and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams including sales, doctors, and technicians.
- Maintain operational reports, performance dashboards, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels; manage procurement of medical/diagnostic supplies.
- Assist management in implementing new operational policies and process improvements.
- Supervise staff performance and ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and safety guidelines.
- Support onboarding and training of new staff on operational processes.
- Track and report daily/weekly operational metrics to management.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly to avoid service disruptions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning and executing new initiatives.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and basic financial reconciliation tasks.
- Ensure the center remains clean, organized, and patient-ready at all times.
- Oversee maintenance schedules for equipment and key operational assets.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure standard service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with patients and partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hearing Aid, or Eye Care sectors.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, equipment, and service workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
