Job Description:

Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure seamless functioning across our healthcare service lines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in healthcare operations and a strong understanding of patient coordination, service management, and center workflow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and follow-up processes.
  • Address customer queries and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams including sales, doctors, and technicians.
  • Maintain operational reports, performance dashboards, and documentation.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels; manage procurement of medical/diagnostic supplies.
  • Assist management in implementing new operational policies and process improvements.
  • Supervise staff performance and ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and safety guidelines.
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff on operational processes.
  • Track and report daily/weekly operational metrics to management.
  • Resolve operational challenges promptly to avoid service disruptions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning and executing new initiatives.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and basic financial reconciliation tasks.
  • Ensure the center remains clean, organized, and patient-ready at all times.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules for equipment and key operational assets.
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure standard service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with patients and partners.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hearing Aid, or Eye Care sectors.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, equipment, and service workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
