Operations Executive (Food Industry)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Chennai. The Operations Executive will manage daily operations and oversee process optimization to ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities include coordinating activities across teams, monitoring and improving operational efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards. This position will also require effective communication with stakeholders and team members to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management for overseeing day-to-day processes and ensuring smooth workflow
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to foster collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships
• Proven ability to coordinate tasks across teams and meet deadlines
• Experience in the food industry or manufacturing operations is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
