About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Operations Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a field-first role — you'll spend most of your day at client sites and with our on-ground teams, making sure work actually gets done, and the rest closing the loop on reporting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site visits across the assigned territory as per the service schedule.
- Coordinate with clients on site to understand requirements and resolve service issues.
- Carry out quality checks at client locations and document findings.
- Track material and consumable usage at site against defined norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely service delivery.
- Identify recurring operational issues and support timely resolution.
- Support process improvements and help implement standard procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 years of experience in Operations/Field Services.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and working English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
