Key Responsibilities
-Manage and supervise service technicians to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and breakdown resolution across deployed EV fleets
-Ensure maximum vehicle uptime and proactively reduce downtime through preventive maintenance planning and rapid issue escalation
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all operational and vehicle uptime–related concerns
-Track service TATs, downtime, repeat issues, and technician productivity; drive continuous improvement
-Coordinate with OEMs, spare part vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service execution
-Implement and enforce SOPs, service SLAs, and maintenance schedules across locations
-Support deployment readiness, inspections, and operational audits as required
Skills & Experience Required
-1–3 years of experience in EV operations, fleet operations, automotive service, or mobility startups
-Strong understanding of two-wheeler service, repair workflows, and preventive maintenance
-Proven experience in managing field service teams
-Client-facing experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven startup environment
-Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and process discipline
