Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role located in Kolkata. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless execution of events and branding campaigns, and coordinate with teams to maintain high service standards. Responsibilities also include managing timelines, adhering to budgets, identifying gaps in processes, and optimizing workflows. The role involves fostering effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

- Proficiency in operations management and general operational processes to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Well-developed analytical and organizational skills to identify challenges, streamline workflows, and solve problems efficiently.

- Previous experience in the event management, branding, or BTL industry is a plus.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields, would be advantageous.
