Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive & Student Support professional to manage student coordination, operational activities, and support services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth student onboarding, resolving queries, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management • Handle daily operational activities related to admissions and student management • Maintain and update student databases and records • Coordinate with universities, counselors, and internal departments • Track student documents and application status • Prepare reports and operational MIS when required Student Support • Assist students with admission, onboarding, LMS access, and course-related queries • Provide timely resolution to student concerns via calls, WhatsApp, and emails • Guide students regarding assignments, examinations, and university processes • Follow up with students for pending documents, fees, and academic updates • Ensure positive student experience and satisfaction
Coordination & Communication • Coordinate with academic and support teams for issue resolution • Maintain professional communication with students and parents Required Skills • Good communication skills in English and Hindi • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets • Strong coordination and follow-up skills • Problem-solving attitude • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Salary Bracket – 2 lakh per annum to 2.5 lakh per annum
Experience- 0-2 years
Timings- 10 Am to 7 Pm
