Operations Executive - D2C

Introduction about the role: We're looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate across teams, track deliveries, and ensure smooth execution of projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Manage daily operations and ensure timely project delivery.
• Plan and allocate resources based on project requirements.
• Track team capacity, workloads, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Support hiring and resource planning.
• Maintain operational trackers, MIS, and reports.
• Drive process improvements and manage priorities, follow-ups, and ad-hoc requirements.

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, delivery, or a similar role.
• Experience in performance marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
