Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To manage our daily operations and serve as the main point of contact
  • Build rapport with key partners
  • Co-ordinating with the supply team and account managers to maintain smooth operations
  • Adhering to specific client requests on desired profiles
  • Work closely with supporting departments to generate reports
  • Maintaining accurate subscriptions based on customer demands

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of operations experience in the transportation industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
  • Experience with the online marketplace is desirable
  • Ideally a keen interest in the Transportation industry
