Operations Executive

Location: Siruseri, Chennai

On-site.

Reporting time: First Shift (7:30 am)

Working days: Saturday to Thursday (Week off: Friday)

Experience: 1 year minimum.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Executive to oversee the operations of food and water safety and security business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain management, and operational efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless production, processing, and distribution of products while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

● Shall direct daily production and distribution for maximum efficiency.

● Shall monitor expenses and driving cost-saving initiatives (inventory and operations cost).

● Collaborate with managers/senior management on strategic planning and process upgrades.

2. Supply Chain & Inventory

● Agri-Management: Strict quality checks, grading, and spoilage control for perishable stock.

● Production Planning: Safe, precision planning for the manufacturing unit.

● Coordination: Sync sourcing and logistics to optimize stock flow.

3. Quality & Compliance

● Enforce standardized QC processes and batch reporting.

● Ensure full regulatory compliance (FSSAI, Pollution Control, Factory Inspectorate).

● Maintain rigorous, audit-ready documentation for all inventory.

4. Logistics & Fulfillment

● Guarantee 100% accuracy in dispatch paperwork , e-way bills and invoicing .

● Manage labor and fleet requirements along with transportation based on shifting volumes.

● Ensure timely delivery to corporate, retail, and hospitality clients.

5. Stakeholder Relations

● Serve as the primary liaison for customers and regulatory bodies.

● Maintain high-standard, responsive communication with all vendors.

6. Administration

● Oversee facility upkeep, utilities, and daily labor attendance.

● Provide daily reports on opening and closing stock levels
