We are looking for a mature, responsible, and process-driven Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, and the potential to grow into a future leadership role.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations / Coordination role
• Strong understanding of systems, reporting, and structured workflows
• Excellent follow-up and execution skills
• Good communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities
• Problem-solving attitude with strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn, improve processes, and grow professionally
• Leadership qualities and managerial potential preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operational activities efficiently
• Manage execution timelines and regular follow-ups
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
• Maintain reports, records, and MIS data
• Support process improvements and operational discipline
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
