Operations Executive (Booking, Trip & ERP Testing)
Role Summary
This role is responsible for managingbooking entries, trip updates, and operational datawhile ensuring all workflows are properly captured in the ERP.
The person will act as thecore tester of the booking trip closure flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterbooking details(party, route, vehicle type, dates)
- Updatetrip allocation(vehicle, driver)
- Maintaintrip status (upcoming / live / completed)
- Recordtrip closure details
- Update changes:
- Cancellation
- Extension
- Route changes
- Coordinate with ground team for accurate data
- Ensure all trips areclosed properly in system
- Identify missing steps or broken workflows
- Support testing of:
- Booking lifecycle
- Trip sheet flow
- Allocation logic
- End-to-end operations

- Good coordination & follow-up skills
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to understand operations flow
- Comfortable using software daily
