Operations Executive

Full-Time | On-Site | BIZBoost Inc. (Noida Sector 57)

BIZBoost is a Global Media & Growth Platform helping brands, creators, and businesses scale their Impact, Audience, and Revenue through strategy, storytelling, and performance-driven digital systems.

This is not a traditional operations role. As an Operations Executive, you will operate inside BIZBoost's 360° Growth Engine handling content, marketing, outreach, and workflow execution across platforms and clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Executing content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube & more
• Managing content calendars & campaign flow
• Community engagement & brand voice alignment
• Lead generation, CRM tracking & outreach support
• Supporting sales conversations & client follow-ups
• Tracking performance, reporting insights, improving systems
• Managing workflows across content, growth, and operations
• Taking ownership of assigned projects & client accounts

You will not be given fixed tasks. You will be expected to think, execute, and improve daily.

• Have strong English communication (written + verbal)
• Are ready to work Monday–Saturday (11am–7:30pm)
• Can work on-site in Noida
