Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive – B2B based in Bangalore (Indiranagar).

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining corporate client accounts, ensuring smooth insurance operations, handling endorsements, renewals, policy-related coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires regular coordination with internal teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of operational processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for B2B corporate accounts
  • Handle endorsements, renewals, and insurance-related operational processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a key operational SPOC
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth execution
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and operational records with high accuracy
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and operational issues
  • Monitor operational workflows and improve process efficiency
  • Maintain proper documentation and operational compliance
  • Handle escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Operations / Account Management / Insurance Operations
  • Experience in endorsements, renewals, and insurance processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and operational trackers
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and handle coordination effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment
  • Prior experience in Insurance, Healthcare, SaaS, or HR Tech is preferred
