About Us:

We are a manpower and payroll management firm handling multiple client sites across India, specializing in blue-collar deployments (forklift operators, contract labour, etc.). We manage all aspects of site deployment, compliance, PF/ESI, billing, and client coordination.

We are now looking for a Client Operations Executive to manage daily client communication, deployment updates, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Coordination:
  • Send daily/weekly deployment updates to clients.
  • Handle client email communication professionally.
  • Follow up on client queries related to attendance, replacements, payroll, and compliance.
  • Deployment Support:
  • Coordinate with internal hiring team (Anand & team) for timely deployment of operators.
  • Update client deployment trackers.
  • Track new joining documents, uniform issuance, and other site requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring:
  • Ensure PF, ESI, wage revisions, and payslips are sent on time.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and trackers.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain daily attendance records in coordination with site teams.
  • Keep track of monthly billing inputs.
  • Prepare weekly MIS reports for management.
  • Escalation Handling:
  • Proactively identify issues at client sites and escalate them internally for timely resolution.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Ability to draft professional client emails.
  • Confident in verbal client communication and follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Fast learner, willing to understand manpower deployment operations.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure & multiple clients simultaneously.
Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, Hotel Management, MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
  • 02 years preferred (freshers open if strong in communication)
Salary Range:
  • 20,000 to 30,000 per month (negotiable based on profile)
