About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized
Operations Executive to manage, coordinate, and optimize the daily operations across multiple departments at
12 Minutes to CLAT. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of academic and administrative processes, efficient communication among teams, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end operations, support educators and students, and enable seamless coordination between management, sales, marketing, and academic teams.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage operational workflows across departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks and efficient communication between stakeholders.
- Student Interaction & Feedback: Initiate and execute engagement programs to collect and analyze student feedback; identify improvement areas and coordinate corrective actions.
- Sales & Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth resource allocation, campaign coordination, and alignment with operational goals.
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day activities, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain operational efficiency across departments.
- Educator Support: Act as the point of contact for educators during live classes or sessions, assisting in real-time issue resolution.
- Onboarding & Training: Handle onboarding and process training for new educators and team members across departments to ensure they are equipped to perform effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication channels with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational harmony.
Requirements- Education: Minimum: Graduate in any discipline Preferred: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
- Experience: 25 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education, institution, or edtech sector
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong operational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other operations-related software systems
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in educational institutions or edtech companies
- Exposure to academic or student-related operations
