Job Title: Executive - Doctor Network

Location: Sector - 14, Gurugram

Experience: 0 - 1 Year

Working Days: 6 (Rotational Week-Off)

Qualifications: Any Graduate or above

Position Overview:

HexaHealth is looking for a highly organized, smart thinker and proactive Executive - Doctor Network to manage doctor operations, escalations, and support processes. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

● Doctor Coordination: Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival.

● Doctor Operations: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.

● Doctor Counselling: Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.

● Doctor Payouts: Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.

● Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Sales and doctor teams, ensuring effective information exchange.
