Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day academic and operational activities in an EdTech environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth class delivery, coordinate with teachers and parents, manage schedules, and support process improvements across learning operations.
Key Responsibilities
Academic & Class Operations
- Manage class scheduling, rescheduling, and batch planning
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure smooth class delivery
- Monitor attendance, session completion and class quality
- Handle substitutions and last-minute operational issues
Teacher & Student Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for teachers, parents and students
- Onboard teachers and support them with tools, schedules, and guidelines
- Ensure timely communication regarding classes, assessments, and updates
Process & Quality Management
- Track operational KPIs (class completion, attendance, feedback)
- Identify gaps and suggest process improvements
- Ensure adherence to academic standards and SOPs
LMS & Tech Support
- Manage LMS operations: course access, uploads, recordings, assessments
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues related to Zoom, LMS, or class tools
- Coordinate with tech team for escalations
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Track student progress, teacher performance, and feedback
- Maintain documentation and operational checklists
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Education, Business, Operations, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, education operations or academic coordination
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with Zoom, Google Workspace, LMS platforms
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
