Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor operational performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks through control mechanisms.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to optimize end-to-end operations.
  • Will work closely with the founder of the organisation.

Skills and Qualification Required

  • Graduate (B.Tech/B.E.) or Post graduate with 2-4 years of experience in operations
  • Experience in Fintech/ NBFC is must
  • Experience in Creation of Reports and Dashboards
  • Worked on projects spanning across multiple functional domains with focus on
  • proper communication and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Knowledge into Advance excel

Location: Mumbai (Vidyavihar Central Line)
