What you'll lead:

  • Continuous Improvement: Spot gaps, drive enhancements, and boost operational efficiency.
  • Process Standardization: Build and implement unified processes across all retail locations for a seamless customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to align improvement initiatives and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Kaizen & Excellence Projects: Lead Kaizen events and bring expert problem-solving to targeted business areas.
  • Project Leadership: Run and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional projects and ensure they deliver business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business transformation roles.
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence frameworks / methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, etc.).
  • Proven experience in leading OpEx / continuous improvement projects and driving measurable business impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: able to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience in change management and building operational capabilities within teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skillscomfortable running workshops, training, and steering committees.
  • Strong background in Customer Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Retail Ops, or similar domains
  • Proven experience running process optimization projects
  • Solid collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
