Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor, verify, and manage import and export documentation and logistics to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daily office operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and team goals are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, shipments, and customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization within operations.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Experience: Prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
