Project Role : Operations Engineer

Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Must have skills : Redis

Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Must Have Skills:

3-5 Years of experience in handling NoSQL database

Responsible for the management and maintenance of Redis databases.

Install database and cache system solutions, operation, and maintenance.

Continuously improve the database and cache system solutions to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the database.

Daily maintenance of the database, provide database development support and tuning according to business needs.

Perform regular system health checks and locate and troubleshoot performance problems.

Master database performance tuning, monitoring, backup Master database high availability Willingness to investigate and troubleshoot issues and make recommendations to improve system performance.

Good to Have:

Good to have Knowledge on any other database technologies (MSSQL, ORACLE, Postgres, DB2 and DataStax)

Certification in Redis and NoSQL databases

Job Responsibilities:

Willing to work on 24/7 shifts

Manage, monitor, and maintain Redis databases to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Implement and maintain HA solutions for Redis, including clustering and failover configurations.

Continuously monitor and fine-tune Redis for optimum performance and low latency.

Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive data, following industry best practices.

Develop and maintain backup and recovery. strategies to minimize data loss in case of failures.

Plan, implement, and automate the scaling of Redis infrastructure as needed to meet increasing demand.

Identify and resolve database-related issues and outages in a timely manner.

Create and maintain scripts and tools for database automation, including provisioning and maintenance.
