Description
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for Linux and the future of AI Eagle Eye is looking for an Operations Engineer to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge AI software and real-world field deployments. This is more than a maintenance role—it is a launchpad into the worlds of
DevOps, IoT, and Deep Learning.
You will gain hands-on expertise in:
- System-level Linux troubleshooting and Networking fundamentals.
- DevOps & Microservices: Docker, RESTful APIs, and modern deployment pipelines.
- AI Implementation: Real-world application of Deep Learning and Intelligent Surveillance (NVR/DVR/IP Cameras).
Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor a growing fleet of on-field Linux devices to ensure 100% uptime.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze application-level bugs, resolve technical roadblocks, and maintain the health of installed systems.
- Field Deployment: Lead the on-site installation and configuration of our AI products, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with customer hardware.
- Technical Support & Consulting: Act as the technical point of contact for customers, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for system optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Managers, and Engineering to define technical guidelines and product specifications based on customer feedback.
- Sales Engineering: Assist in preparing technical proposals and defining the architecture for new client solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- OS Mastery: Solid knowledge of the Linux Operating System is mandatory.
- Scripting: Basic proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting for automation.
- Infrastructure: Strong grasp of Hardware and Networking fundamentals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (essential for customer interaction and documentation).
- Certification: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) and Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are highly preferred.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / Diploma / Polytechnic
- Languages: English, Hindi, and a local language
