- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize operational workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate incident management and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
- Experience in monitoring and managing application performance using Dynatrace tools.
- Strong understanding of system operations and production environment management.
- Ability to analyze system metrics and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its impact on application performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
