Summary:

As an Operations Engineer, your day typically involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services. You will be engaged in monitoring operational requirements and ensuring that service agreements are consistently met. Your role includes managing delivery aspects and providing ongoing support to maintain system reliability and performance. Collaboration with various teams to address operational challenges and optimize service delivery forms a key part of your daily activities, ensuring that production environments remain stable and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Monitor and manage production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Document operational procedures and maintain accurate records of system performance.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues in production environments.
• Familiarity with configuration management and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of security best practices within cloud environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
