Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of application deployment and management.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Java applications.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
