Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery. You will also monitor system performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that all operational processes align with organizational goals and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
