You will be engaged in monitoring system performance, addressing any issues that arise, and coordinating with various teams to maintain service reliability. Your role is pivotal in managing the delivery of operational tasks, responding promptly to incidents, and facilitating continuous improvement in system operations to support business objectives effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise Windows Server environments including:

• Windows Server 2019
• Windows Server 2025
  
  

Manage and maintain enterprise Print Server infrastructure.

Configure and manage printers, print queues, print policies, and driver deployments.

Perform server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Monitor server health, performance, storage, and system availability.

Troubleshoot server, printing, and infrastructure-related issues.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.

Support Active Directory-integrated server and print services.

Manage server security, access controls, and compliance activities.

Perform backup validation and disaster recovery support activities.

Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and support teams.

Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.

Additional Information

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Microsoft Windows Server Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

PowerShell scripting certifications

ITIL Foundation Certification

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure environments.

Exposure to server migration and modernization projects.

Experience in print management optimization and automation initiatives.

Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and operational best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
