Communication & Collaboration Administer and support enterprise On-Premise Active Directory environments.

Manage and support Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID services.

Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across enterprise environments.

Manage user accounts, computer objects, OU structures, permissions, and security groups.

Support Active Directory health checks, replication, DNS integration, and troubleshooting.

Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.

Support automation and orchestration activities using Ansible.

Monitor endpoint and user experience metrics using Nexthink.

Implement identity and access management best practices and security standards.

Support patching, compliance, and system hardening activities.

Troubleshoot complex authentication, access, and directory-related issues.

Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and support teams.

Participate in technical discussions, governance meetings, and project implementations.

Good understanding of:

Active Directory replication and DNS

OU design and delegation

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

User lifecycle management

AD security hardening

Hybrid identity environments

Azure AD Connect

Authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, SSO)

Professional & Technical Skills:

Process & Service Management

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management practices.

Soft Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

Additional Information:

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Microsoft Windows Server Certifications

Azure Administrator / Azure Fundamentals

ITIL Foundation Certification

Preferred Experience

Experience in enterprise-scale Active Directory environments.

Exposure to hybrid identity and cloud transformation projects.

Experience with automation and self-healing solutions.

Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance frameworks.
