Summary:
The Scrum Master is responsible for enabling Agile delivery across Enterprise Observability, AIOps, Agentic AI, AI Orchestration, and LLM platform teams. The role facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes delivery impediments, drives cross-functional collaboration, improves team velocity, and ensures successful execution of platform modernization, automation, and AI transformation initiatives. Enterprise transformation documents define the Scrum Master role as facilitating Agile ceremonies and enabling delivery across project teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Agile Delivery Leadership
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure Agile principles and Scrum practices are consistently followed.
Support multiple product and engineering teams delivering AI and observability solutions.
Drive sprint execution and delivery predictability.
Program Coordination
Coordinate activities across Product Managers, Principal Engineers, SREs, Service Engineers, Data Engineers, and Platform Teams.
Manage dependencies across Observability, AIOps, Agentic AI, and LLM initiatives.
Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering execution.
Track program milestones, deliverables, and risks.
Observability & AIOps Initiatives
Facilitate delivery of monitoring, event correlation, intelligent alerting, service mapping, and observability platform enhancements.
Coordinate onboarding of applications, infrastructure, and cloud services into observability platforms.
Support AI-driven operational transformation programs.
Agentic AI & AI Orchestration Programs
Support delivery of autonomous agent platforms and multi-agent workflows.
Coordinate implementation of AI orchestration frameworks and business automation initiatives.
Facilitate adoption of AI engineering practices and governance standards.
Track delivery of Agentic AI use cases across enterprise functions.
LLM & GenAI Delivery
Coordinate development and deployment of LLM-based solutions.
Ensure cross-team collaboration for RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI platform integration projects.
Facilitate backlog management and sprint prioritization activities.
Impediment Management
Identify, track, and remove delivery blockers.
Escalate risks and issues proactively.
Drive resolution through stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
Improve delivery efficiency and team productivity.
Reporting & Governance
Maintain sprint metrics and Agile performance dashboards.
Track velocity, burndown, release progress, and delivery commitments.
Prepare executive updates and status reports.
Support governance reviews and transformation steering committees.

Experience
5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or Technical Program Manager.
Experience supporting cloud, observability, ITSM, automation, or AI transformation programs.
Experience working with engineering, platform, and operations teams.
Exposure to enterprise AI, automation, or observability initiatives is preferred.
