Summary:

Senior technical authority defining architecture, engineering standards, and technology roadmap for enterprise Messaging & Collaboration platforms. Acts as trusted advisors to clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership — designing secure, scalable, and highly available Microsoft 365 collaboration services across hybrid and cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise M&C architecture, roadmaps & reference designs
• Lead Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams & OneDrive platforms
• Build PowerShell frameworks leverage Power Automate, Graph API & Power BI
• Own P1/P2 incidents, Major Incident bridges, RCA & Problem Management
• Define standards, runbooks, dashboards & ITIL-aligned CSI initiatives
• Trusted advisor support presales, workshops & executive-level briefings

• Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem/Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, OneDrive
• Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO

Additional Information:

Qualifications

12–18+ years IT infrastructure experience

8+ years in Messaging & Collaboration engineering

Bachelors in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field

Enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 & Exchange Environments

Complex hybrid deployments, global enterprise scale

Preferred Certifications

M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert

Messaging Administrator Associate

Azure Admin / Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Power Platform (Power Automate / Power BI), ITIL v4
