Summary:

Ensures reliability, availability, and operational excellence of enterprise Messaging & Collaboration platforms. Partners with Engineering, Security, Networking, and Service Management teams minimize disruptions, automate operational tasks, improve platform health, and continuously enhance the end-user experience across Microsoft 365 environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain high availability proactive health checks & incident support
• Operate Exchange Online, Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms & OneDrive
• Configure monitoring, tune alerts, build dashboards, reduce alert fatigue
• PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API — eliminate toil & streamline ops
• ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & disaster recovery support
• Cross-functional teamwork incident comms, mentoring & post-incident reviews

Qualifications

8–12+ years in Messaging & Collaboration / M365 operations

Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams & M365 services

Hybrid Microsoft environments & identity services

Strong PowerShell scripting & enterprise support experience

Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field

Messaging Administrator Associate

Azure Admin Associate, Identity & Access Admin Associate

Power Platform certifications, ITIL Foundation v4
