About The Role
We are hiring an Operations / Deployment Executive to manage client onboarding, solution deployment, and customer success. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure smooth implementation and strong product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployment of solutions
- Onboard clients and train users on the platform
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Resolve operational and product-related issues
- Drive product adoption and ensure client satisfaction
Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in Operations / Customer Success / Implementation roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Exposure to IT / ITES / Agri-tech is a plus
