We're Hiring: Domain Operations Lead (AI-First)

We're looking for a Domain Operations Lead to drive the transition from manual operations to an AI-first, human-in-the-loop model.
This is not a traditional ops role — you'll be governing AI systems, improving decision quality, and building scalable automation-first workflows.
What You'll Own:
- Ensure AI executes by default while you manage exceptions & edge cases
- Drive TAT, throughput, and efficiency across automated workflows
- Conduct RCA on AI + manual errors and improve decision accuracy
- Audit AI outputs to eliminate hallucinations & incorrect classifications
- Lead process re-engineering to move towards full automation
- Manage data reliability (vaults, databases, sources)
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Ops teams
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in high-volume operations / quality / process excellence
- Strong understanding of AI systems (OCR, rule engines, automation workflows)
- Solid analytical + RCA mindset
- Experience with dashboards, MIS, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to handle complex judgment-based cases (where AI fails)
- A tech-first mindset (prefer fixing systems vs manual workarounds)
