Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

TurfBooking.in is a rapidly growing sports-tech platform that helps users discover, compare, and book sports turfs easily. We work closely with turf owners and players to ensure a smooth, fast, and reliable booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain turf listings using the Admin Panel (add, update, delete as required)

Coordinate with turf owners for onboarding and accurate platform listings

Handle customer booking requests and provide end-to-end booking assistance

Guide users in selecting the best turf based on location and requirements

Regularly communicate with turf owners regarding availability, pricing, and updates

Ensure smooth coordination between customers and turf partners

Support day-to-day operational activities to maintain platform efficiency

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Freshers can apply)

Basic computer knowledge and comfort with admin panels

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language is a plus)

Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
